Unable to speak or contact somebody to cancell my contract.

I am unable to cancel my MWEB account. After 25 minutes, my call cut.. I phoned back and and I had to go through the queue again.. I gave up eventually. The chat menu that they refer me to does not exist. My online login only allows for if 1 change address. The "chatbot" is also useless. I can't cancel from there..
