Unable to provide what they sell

The most absolute trash ISP to ever exist. Let's be honest, Mweb cannot support the line speeds they promise but are happy to charge for them. We have been complaining about slow internet and disconnections, that last for 10mins at a time every 10 minutes, for months now. Just to be told there are no issues on their side. Come to find out they have been throttling the living sh*t out of our line very much on purpose. To then be pushed so far by the lack of willingness to assist with the issues that we go ahead and cancel the subscription, just for Mweb to refuse to release the line to another ISP for a full calendar month, which means a month and a half of barely any connectivity! 10 Out of 10 would NOT recommend this sh*t show
