Unable to contact Mweb

I've been trying to contact Mweb with no success. I've tried calling them on the numbers for Billing, Techical Help, Sales and Call Centre. The menu on which number to press just keeps repeating. So, I lodged a query on Mweb's website. I've since posted two remarks and still haven't received any reply. I then decided to message Mweb on Facebook. It is 5 days later and I still haven't received any response.
