Unable to contact Mweb customer support

I’ve been trying to contact Mweb tech support to no avail. My WiFi connection is down and I do not know how to contact anyone to get this fixed. There are no agents on their chat line and no response on their phone number, I’ve been on hold for hours. I sent a complaint email and still waiting for a response. This is extremely frustrating.
