Unable to Contact MWEB

I tried calling Mweb and waited for 20 min only to have my line cut. I wasted all the airtime to call them for 20th time regarding problem they cannot fix. I want to cancel my LTE and I cant get through, I have sent mails to ***, and I have also tried canceling online, but nothing seems to work. They have debited my account for a service that I have not used, and when I try to cancel there is no way of getting in contact.
