unable to connect to emails for days despite "issue fixed by the technical team"

I have not been able to access my email for 4 days!!! Your technical response team response time is UNACCEPTABLE!!! You are unable to provide me an internet solution hence I am paying R165 JUST to keep this email address that I've been using since 1996/1997?!

POOR SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!
