Unable to Change Server Domain Name
A request to change a domain name from a MWEB uncapped server to a MWEB virtual server has now taken a month. Despite numerous assurances that the problem has been escalated to the highest priority and the 6th time a promise had been made that the problem would be resolved the next day has again come to nothing with the problem unresolved and no feedback.<br> Very disappointed.<br>
