Unable to cancel account.

I've been trying to cancel my account now for the last couple of months. I've phoned the call centre, emailed even tweeted them. I was told to log into my account portal and use the cancel option but my portal has no option to do that. Everytime you phone you get stuck in a queue and and can take up to 30min for someone to answer just to end up not being helped!!

They are eager to collect your money, but when it comes to cancellations they are to worst people to work with. I'm on a month to month package so there is not even a contract that needs to be paid off.

Super frustrated.
