Unable to assist - as per Mweb technical support

I am bombarded with SPAM emails some with **** contents/dating sites Used ***/Blocked/Junk etc Desperately phoned mweb technical and was informed that they are unable to assist me This is a concern as I feel that my service provider have no way of giving me a feeling of security
