I was charged for the porting, and also to have access to the ported number which i use for business purposes, i had to sign up for the voip package too. I have never had the use of either of these services todate for which I have to make regular payments? then if you wish to communicate with Mweb, the only option is to call and hold on forever to a cell number! no email contact, no landline, and no come back from them! shocking to think that they are still in business!
