The service from MWEB consultants has been absolutely terrible. I’ve been calling all day to either switch or cancel my contract, but all they’ve done is pass me from one person to another without actually helping me. I’ve already spent R200 on airtime, only to be placed on hold for extended periods—every single time. Then, after all that waiting, they just cut the call without resolving anything.

The last two agents assured me I was being transferred to retention, but that also led nowhere. On top of that, they wanted to increase my costs while being completely unhelpful.

This experience makes a strong case for switching to another provider. It genuinely feels like an intentional tactic to keep customers stuck in their contracts. Thanks for nothing, MWEB.
