In my 5 years as an Mweb customer, this is the first time that I am disappointed in their service.

I have been trying for 2 months now to sign up for fibre. I have called in numerous times and spoken to a dozen different agents who instead of helping you, either throw you back in the queue or cut the call completely.

When a call is escalated, nobody calls you back as promised.

I will be making use of another ISP for their service
