Two months still no fibre

I would like to reiterate how Useless you guys have been to my life two months and you guys have not connected nor contacted me to have my fibre line.. DO NOT CHOOSE MWEB the most unprofessional ISP ever. Imagine having Exams coming up and you are being told that the lines wont be released. Like I literally don't care what issues you have with your previous client, I want to study yet I am still waiting for contact from your useless Team..
