Trying to hep MWEB keep my business

Since COVID-19, it is really hard to get hold of someone to help you. 9 out of 10 times you get cut off before you can speak to the right person. I am so sick of the automated switchboard that isn't user friendly at all.

At the moment I'm trying to get MWEB to equal (not beat) VOX's price for a 50/50 Fibre line. I currently have a 20/2 with MWEB, but want to upgrade. The sales person who helped me recons that they are "only R140 a month more expensive" and "that it is less hassles than switching service providers".

Clearly their sales people get paid too much if R140 per month is negligible in your opinion.
