Trying to get Fibre Line released, but MWEB is making it impossible - MWB***8.

I can't get the Fibre Line Released. Did anyone try to cancel a product from MWEB? To answer my call takes 25 minutes. This was after I gave up yesterday holding for 15 minutes on both attempts. It is so easy to open an account with them. Try to cancel and see how difficult it is. Today is Wednesday 18/12/2024. I've been trying to cancel since 20/11/2024. I don't have any cancellation fees. I acknowledged that I am liable for the cost of any nature, and that is fine too. JUST RELEASE MY LINE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
