Trash Service- Router not working

My router is not working the whole day. Been calling using my cellphone 3times , and been kept on hold till i ran out of airtime. I was told a Manager will call me back to resolve at 8:30am this morning till now. I cancelled my subscription with Telkom due to these problems and I thought u guys were beta. Same trash as Telkom. You gonna call me on ********** or tomorrow we can cancel my subscription your choice. I work from home and the whole day is wasted cos i don’t have Wifi. I’m giving u an hour to get back to me to sort out my router. Your company is as useless as others!
