Trash service

So we were using legends connect for more than a year when they said they will unfortunately move us over to MWeb, ok no problem that’s how I felt.

1st red flag is that we had to pay R300 more than what we were paying for trash internet, you call this company and they technical support people will keep dropping your call without any help.

Yesterday technicians came to fix my neighbor’s internet but messed up mine as usual, I called this company the whole day and night to come and reconnect even now I’m still without internet and there’s no hope soon. I used over R100 to call the company and I’m still expected to pay the full amount at the end of the month for their own bad service.

Do your selves a favor and stay away from this ******* company.
