Trash customer service.

Trash service provider with trash customer service. My internet has NOT been working for four days. After sending them countless messages advising them that I work from home and I work with the the internet so i need a stable and reliable internet connection I was advised to log a query, which I did. It's been four days now and I still haven't received communication from them AND, MY INTERNET CONNECTION IS STILL OFF. Now I want to cancel and are being sent from pillar to post. I also want reimbur*****t for my October payment but it doesn't seem like I will win. PLEASE CANCEL MY SERVICES SO I CAN MOVE TO A RELIABLE SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!
