Trash Customer Service

Worst service ever, I have been calling them with no luck. The phone doesn't even ring but when I use my work phone it goes through. My router is locked and I can't get hold of them it just says, “Canceled call” could it be that they block their clients? I can't even do my assignments as they are not available on the app or via calls.
