Trapped between mweb and vumatel.

I moved into a new unit 2 months ago and immediately signed on to a new mweb account. There was a pre-existing vumatel fiber box in the unit with no power supply. I've on five different occasions contacted mweb and asked for my power supply. The keep saying vermatol will provide the power supply. I'm forced to use a power supply I have for my Bluetooth speaker while I wait for service. I'm not interested in excuses. The previous tenant in my complex is deceased it's not my problem if vumatel did not pick up the power supply. I don't care for discussions of rheumatole my contract my payment is with mweb. They need to ensure that their service provider vumatel does the job required. 2 months no service!
