Transfer your responsibility ag nee sies man!

My contract is with MWEB, I pay MWEB, I have been a customer with MWEB when it was still a dail up modem to use for internet! We have no access to our wi-fi since 4/11/2024, I officially logged a call 05/12/2024, and low and behold i am handed over to Vumatel! I want proper feedback from the company that takes my money every month and not a sms saying the same thing. I don't care if Vumatel is falling apart, MWEB takes my money. Either a proper explanation of what is going on, reimbur*****t from either MWEB or Vumatel.
