TRANSFER OF ACCOUNT FROM S DIDI TO R. SINGH

The owner ran off without paying his monthly subscriptions to Mweb. I was left without any email communication. I did manage to get his ID and letterhead. On 24 June I sent the owners ID and letterhead including a letter from me stating that I want my domain to be transferred to me. I also sent my ID and the split of account forms. At first I was told that he was in arrears of R 350.00. I did not a response from anyone. I then called and was told they cannot transfer if I pay the amount of R 733.63 which I did on 14 July 2015. I sent the proof of payment when I did the EFT via FNB. I also sent through the proof of payment. I called again on 22/07/15 and was told that the acc has a nil balance but they still want the proof of payment..... I sent it again to billings dept. I then made another 4 calls and have to explain the whole flippin story each time????? Can I just have my account transferred to my name???<br> <br> <br>
