Total lack of customer service!

Absolutely pathetic service from what is supposedly a first-world business... took over 8 working days to finalise a change of ownership on the account after my father passed away... all documents were provided in full, and expecting a 24 to 48hr turnaround to complete. 7 days later, nothing! And their business system is so backward and archaic - no way to escalate a query, instead have to wait for said manager to gleefully find the time to call you back - which NEVER happens! So we're stuck having to re-explain the issue, follow up with the query, and waste HOURS on the phone to call-centre consultants who aren't equipped to do anything but read case notes off their screens. I've experienced better service and experiences at Home Affairs!! :(
