total incompetence

This company is so *********** in its dealing with me that I despair of ever getting any form of service. The cell phone reception at our house was very poor so elected to get a fibre line from mweb. Can anyone explain why i cannot get signal standing next to the router but can get signal if I stand outside my house surely the fibre is not working???? yet that appears to be connecting on occasions. countless calls and wasted hours of my time listening to recorded messages saying how important I am achieve nothing. Repeated faxes of all requested information achieves nothing. How can any company be so totally ***********?? lawson cairns
