TOTAL FAIL IN TECH HELP for web hosting support.
I called this morning to find out why I am not able to login into my web page to a update and this was around 8:15 this morning chatted to the tech guy, got a ticket number and now that I am trying again NO ONE is answering the tech help line, and the issue is STILL NOT SORTED!!!! Not happy with the service and I have been with mweb since the early 2000's and this is the WORST I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!
