Tortoise speed internet

Ive just taken 2 internet speed test readings..98kbps and 80 kbps....thats the internet speed when Jan Van Rhiebeek arrived at the Cape....and this happens so often....and its supposed to be fibre internet. Im not surprised, after checking now, that Mweb is the 5th worst internet provider. My advice is go through the list of best rated providers and choose on higher up that list.
