Took equipment I paid for and did not explain or reimburse.

We have recently moved premises and decided to stay with Mweb instead of moving to an existing supplier that was already activated there. We also decided to upgraded, as the 20Mb/S line had a great price and bonus, we would get a new modem as well. We were told to remove everything, the white Huawei box, modem and yellow cable. After moving to the premises, there was a white Huawei box and yellow cable. However, our white Huawei box was taken along with the yellow fibre cable. Mweb keeps saying the white box should stay at the promises it is installed at and should not be removed, the only thing we should keep is the yellow fibre cable as well as the modem. This is all good and well, but we paid for the white box and yellow cable, both of which were taken by Openserve. If we move at any point in time, who will cover the cost if the new premises do now have a white box or yellow fibre cable? I would please like a response as I do not think that when a reply eventually comes, it is "leave the white box at the premises", when you took it and did not take it back to the premises it came from? If what you say is true, then please explain why my white box and cable was taken and not taken back to the property?
