Took almost 3 weeks to get my fibre connection done
Took almost 3 weeks to get my fibre connection done. No feedback unless I raised a query. I have been with MWEB for 30 years and the only reason I'm still with them is for my e-mail address, just too much hassle to change to new one. If you don't have this issue, steer clear.
