Took a router from Mweb, supposed to be paying R265 every month, plus R299 for Rica, but now my bill is R2547

Took a router from Mweb, supposed to be paying R265 every month, plus R299 for Rica, but now my bill is R2547. 60 only used it for few weeks was working on and off.. Can they please cancell and come collect it, because agreement was to pay R299 once off and a month payment for R275
