Too Busy To Return Calls.

I have been trying to get my line downgraded to an LTE line because I am currently moving to Gansbaai. I called 3 times this week and was kept on hold for a very long time. I eventually ended up speaking to a lady who promised that their retentions or sales team would call me back, It is now 2 days and no one has reached out to me. Moving is stressful enough, I would appreciate the assistance that I pay for every month. If my debit order were 2 days late, I would be cut off immediately.
