To get order cancelled

Placed an online order I wanted to cancel, 3 days numerous phone calls and NO help just to get an order cancelled!! It's holding up everything since we are in lockdown and I'm working from home. So can't get my new fibre guys to come install my wifi cause the order from Mweb I can't get released!!!
