Tired of bad service

Hi I've signed up with mweb a month ago to install fiber internet at my house after waiting 2-3 weeks without hearing anything from them I have canceled with mweb and signed up with webafrica ,after 3days they've delivered my router but now frogfoot can't connect my line because mweb never canceled my order on their side and it's blocking my connection with webafrica I don't know what to to anymore to get that mweb order canceled on their side.
