Ticket MWB***0 - Blocked Mail to MWeb

This is the pathetic reply that I got from MWeb. They did not even allow me the decency to reply to their mail, as it also bounced.

Good day Zanne Thank you for your e-mail. Note that the Mweb clients need to make contact. (How am I supposed to tell them to contact MWeb when the email to them is blocked?) This could be due to settings on their end. (Impossible!!! They have been receiving email from me for years now, and most of them will not know how to block an email. Hi, The recipients that I have spoken to do not know how to fix it. They did not choose to block me. I will have to phone each one individually as I now have no other way of contacting them.

Please give me Step-by-Step instructions to give them, as you say "Note that the Mweb clients need to make contact" No indication of: 1. Who they must make contact with (MWeb Head Office, Call Centre, general enquiries?) 2. What contact method they must use (Telephone number? Email? SMS?) 3. What information do you require them to give you?

Please give full details, so that I can spend the next few WEEKS sorting out this nonsense.

What I would like to know is WHY MWeb has blocked my mail all of a sudden???? It has been going through to the Artists for years.

Surely you must be able to determine the reason for the blocking? Surely you have the ability to remove the block? Surely you can send each of your clients that have my mail blocked, an email to ask if they want the block removed? You are able to contact them easily, whereas I am not.

As you can see, I am NOT impressed with MWeb. You have interfered with a system that has worked for years.
