Throttling my account after 2 days in the month
I had the 4mb premium uncapped last month which they were happy to take my money for and which is supposed to have a threshold of 200GB, I used about 130GB last month in total... I went down to the 4mb uncapped account as of 1st July and they IMMEDIATELY throttled my account because \I used more than 110gb in the last 30 day rol***** period"WHICH I WAS ENTITLED TO SINCE THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT! WHAT ****!!"""

Your concerns have been escalated and heard, we would like to reiterate that our fair user policy has been explained to you on numerous occasions.
This was reiterated again by our consultant when you made contact with us to change your account from a premium to a standard package.
We have different thresholds for our premium and standard packages which you were aware of. You were advised that you would be speed limited should you change between the two packages. Your package was changed on your request.
We now see this matter as closed from our side. If you have any other queries please feel free to contact us.
