throttling ISP

We have a 4mb/s uncapped account with MWEB,this was our first mistake.Mweb with this line are completely useless,being that they have a 30 day rolling period,which basically means that if you download to much on a given month you will be throttled for the rest of your experience with mweb,you are better off paying for DATA each month from them then getting an uncapped line,you are not getting what you paid for,when throttled you will be lucky to download 1Mb in 5 minutes,I would recommend anyone who offers a fixed usage before they throttle you each month,the fixed usage will renew on the 1St of every month,I would recommend VOX telecom to anyone looking for a ISP, dont go with MWEB unless you are getting a premium account.
