Throttling
I originally wanted the 6Mbps Uncapped ADSL for R359pm but according to them (MWEB), my area does not support it. So they suggested that I take the 2Mbps Uncapped ADSL for R199pm, not informing me that I was to pay a rental fee for their DSL conversion. Anyway, I took the package and now paying R339pm, but now I'm having regrets. They started throttling me, a customer with a 2Mbps line? You can't be serious? Anyway they lost another customer.
