throttled for whole month from 1st to 30th

I had a standard package which was throttled on the 16th , after i called in i find out that even though i didn't yet reach my limit MWEB had predicted that i would exceed my limit so they throttled me before my agreed upon usage limit for the month which was unfair but arguing with a call center agent wasn't going to get me anywhere , i decided to upgrade to a premium package which has a higher limit with the intent of downgrading later on. I now find out that should i down grade at the end of the month i will be throttled for an entire month before my speed returns to normal due to my \average daily usage"being already in access. Do u people know the meaning of un-capped ? means no limit
or the meaning of month to month ? means every month starts a new !!!

Mweb does not sell uncapped interned "

Hello Skittles4,

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns.

Our customer care representative has since been in contact with you and provided you confirmation on the following:

After the first 15 days, the system calculates daily average. If you exceed the daily average for the said account, throttling will then by imposed. This is only done during the first month, as there is not 30 days usage to be considered.

The 30 days rolling window considers last 30 days usage, regardless of whether the account is upgraded or downgraded.

A further investigation is also being done and will be addressed via our internal processes.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any further feedback or assistance.

Kind regards
