Throttled for 12 days already

I have an Mweb account: 2mb uncapped line<br> <br> I have been throttled for 12 days already. When I got throttled I purchased an Afrihost account so that I do not need to download at 10Kbps and have not used my mweb account at all.<br> <br> How is it beneficial to Mweb to Throttle someone on a 30 day usage period? The only thing you do is make your customers extremely unhappy. I have been spreading the poor throttling method to all my friends and family because I believe that a 30 day period is absurd.
