Throttled after 3Gigs on uncapped package

I downgraded my DSL package to 1Mb uncapped as from 1st November. On 2nd I was throttled after downloading just under 3gigs. Was then told that the \uncapped"is actually capped at 40Gigs and that they use a 30 day rolling usage system. This means that I would have to wait for 30 days before I can be unthrottled as I downloaded 160Gigs in the previous month. I now get daily emails regarding \""MWEB Connect Acceptable Usage Policy\"" which is the \""cure all\"" document they hide behind. This same document is very vague and seems to leave things up to MWEB's discretion."""
