Throttle Insanity
I have a 2Meg line Uncapped with Mweb. I downloaded 2 games for my PS4 and yes they are huge files. Now you throttle me from a 2 meg line to 0.18. ***? My ping ratio is 126. Why did Internet Solutions bought Mweb? You are doing false advertising. Why did I choose you in the first place. Im canceling my internet with you. Tick Tock Mweb,,,,, my fibre is almost ready.

We do not have your MWEB account details, therefore cannot verify which package you are signed up for.
Looking at your complaint, I get the impression you are signed up for the 2Mbps standard package. This package has a threshold of 90GB over a 30 day rolling window.
We do offer uncapped premium package which are no longer subject to throttling and have no thresholds imposed on them at the moment.
