Threatining to blacklist me and place me on ITC

A lady fro Mweb phoned me and offered me a data bundle which was cheaper than Telkom. The lady told me that our call was being recorded and I said great. I told the lady that I have just taken out a contract with Telkom in the beginning of January 2015 and she said no problem they have an arrangement with Telkom and that Telkom would switch me over to Mweb when I however went to Telkom to cancel their contract Telkom said there is not such arrangement and that the contract with them must first be finished before I can go to Mweb i phoned Mweb and told them that they need to cancel the contract as Telkom said so. Mweb did not give me a modem or a router or even a SIM card they gave me nothing and yet they took a payment from my First national Bank account which I could not reverse. Yet, now they say I owe them R372-12 how can I owe them money if I never used their facilities as they never gave me anything to us or am I mistaken Do you just sit infront of your computer and say go to Mweb I would like to use them or do you need some kind of device that links you to Mweb I am just asking ???? Mweb needs to give back my money which they took out of my account an stop harrasing me!!
