Threat to my livlihood

Mweb promises customer feedback within 24 to 48 hours, yet here we are 72 hours later and still nothing. Their connectivity affects my and my wife's livelihoods as well as our credibility and standing with our employers. This has been pointed out but not taken notice of. And the excuse that will be trotted out about being overwhelmed does not hold water. Customers sign up on promises, if we knew the company could not handle its queries as promised, we wouldn't have signed I'm looking for an honest ISP.
