I was struggling to pay my Mweb account via the app. i started chatting with their online chat service agents and a link was sent to pay. i made the payment on saturday 03 May 2025 and my wifi is still off. i have been struggling to call them but i have been on hold since 08:30 this morning and its 12:14.
