THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL !!

Extremely bad service, customer services keeps on asking us the client to run test after test after test but they never come up with a solution. We have a very intermittent internet connection. We have to pay for a services we don't get plus when you want to log a fault its your responsibility as a client to do the company's job and run test after test with no end. So you pay just to frustrate yourself into high heavens.
