They charge but they don't deliver.

I requested moving my internet connection online two weeks before I moved. That was in the middle of February. I requested again at the beginning of March. It is now the middle of April and I still have no connection. I was charged in full for March and April. I have emailed them frequently. Extremely poor service from this Internet provider. I would definitely not recommend them.
