There is a reason they are that cheap

I have never, in my entire life received such atrocious service from start to end. Hundreds of rands in airtime spent in insanely long phone queues because they don’t have enough staff. *********** service from top to bottom. Now over 3 weeks and with an existing installation, which has been activated by Vumatel multiple times they cannot activate my service. The sheer incompetence, lack of care, and of any real value. I guess this is what happens when you go for the cheapest option available. I get physically depressed calling them and I’ve had enough. Stay far far far away from Mweb. Because if it’s not initially perfect all the way through. Their customer support is less than nonexistent it’s harmful.
