THEFT!!!!!!!!

I am so tired that I am paying for a product that I have never received! It is a uncapped 4mps line but we never get above 2.3. When I phoned them again this week the lady helping me was so sarcastic I could not believe my ears! I see it as THEFT!! Where is what I bought??????? WHY DO I HAVE TO PHONE YOU ALL THE TIME FOR A PRODUCT THAT YOU ARE NOT GIVING ME!!!!!

And now to top it off the phone line went dead this week.
