The worst service for an internet provider

This is unbelievable Firstly they returned a debit order that went off in Jan 2025, now in Feb as well as the Feb 2025 debit order, secondly their PAYU site doesn't not redirect me accordingly and the cherry on top the call centre hangs up on a client when trying to get assistance.
