The worst service ever . Time to cancel and use G mail

Mailbox is 90% full. I deleted e mails but emails to me are bouncing back. I phoned MWeb on 9 April 2024. Number 21 in the queue . Have to work and can't hold on for hours. Sent a message online to MWeb on 9 April. No response. Sent a new message today 10 April . Also e mailed today. I am a doctor. The lab e mails urgent results to me. X rays also e mail reports. They are all bouncing back. Need to sort this out urgently
