The worst of the Internet Service Providers

Utterly pathetic and poor service. Since this morning (02/05) we've been calling the technical support line, no one is picking up while we hold 20 - 40 minutes at a time. Our internet connection intermittently dropping for no reason every 10, 20 to 30 minutes now for 2 to 3 days. You can't call them in the morning, afternoon of evening. They don't respond on the app. Utterly useless. I'm DONE! I'll be shopping for a new ISP. I have to work from home and this is my life line and this is how you treat a customer!? Your business won't last the rest of this decade.
